We were “out & aboot” again with one of our lovely 💕 Olden Goldies- this time a super coffee & chocolate scone at GoodBrew, Gourock, then a walk around Inverkip marina- weather a bit dull but brightened up with great chat & company.
☺️Spending time outside at this time of year can be a lottery, but the benefits of fresh air, exercise and friendship are invaluable.
☺️At their own individual pace, we can help your Olden Goldie to “live life to the full”.
☺️The Olden Goldies team are here to help
